The Study Visit "CROSS- ACTIONS to bridge over limits" aims to "explore" the subject of "communication", intended asa) a medium for young persons to elude social isolation and mental solitude, in individual, social as well as intercultural level.b) an active interaction between youths and contemporary society's values.C) a target for non formal education training -for educators and young volunteers- throughinteractive workshops on digital technology and drama education, aiming towards:• the net-working througn actions referred to the environment• composition of a European, intercultural and interactive work-team• communication through an alternative, interactive use of the webThe realization of the program foreseesa) Open -interactive workshops and work shops on non -formal education compressively for 9 hours, based on drama methodology and digital methods. aiming to:• the individual's communication with one's own self• the individual's interpersonal communication with another individual• the individual's communication with the community- alias the social entity- in all different variations and expressions of the latest,for to evolve personal expression in social interactionAlso• To bridge over limits of communication through: ways of cultural interaction a• To promote the European dimension of the personal identity• To study human expressivity ,for the development of a personal approach towards issues of environment, racism and marginalizationc) Visits to youth and culture organizations , institutions against social exclusion and volunteers groupsd) An open event discussion on updating and thematic presentations regarding project planning on such subjects, in a larger intercultural range.e) Planning the follow- up of the project, for to achieve the main aims posed by the visitThe Study Visit consists in an Action 4.3- Study Visit, for a 3 days project during May 2010,in Athens- Greece. The program involves youth leaders, youth workers and educators from groups that already have experience on youth - volunteer projects and team-work on subjects as intercultural communication.In the program take part persons from 11 different countries (1 member from each organization and 8 from ours)
