Increasing cooperation capacity of the information exchange on the public authorities of Romania and Republic of Moldova cross border area, through the implementation of an integrated communication system. Expected Results: Telecommunication services available for people inside border areas Romania-Moldova; Dissemination of public interest information regarding environmental issues, emergencies to the local authorities and population inside border areas; facilitating the presence of national telecommunications operators at the border points.
