This project is aiming at 21 volunteers from the program countries to do volunteering service on the territory of Razlog Municipality, Bulgaria in the frame of 5 months each. The volunteers will arrive on groups through three different and consistent time periods. For realization of the provisional activities partners from the programme countries was united. Every partner organisation has to send volunteers for the three consistent time periods. The aim of the project is volunteers to work with kids, pupils and youngsters from the villages surrounding Razlog Municipality which are threaten to drop out from educational system and/or who are representatives of marginalized groups of the society as well as with all the youngsters in the territory of Razlog municipality who has motivation to develop their skills and to empower their potential as they communicate with the volunteers with different culture, religion and social reality. The task of the volunteers will be to organize different creative workshops in seven thematic fields (music and dances, handcrafts, sports and outdoor activities, ecology and environment, arts, creative writing and entrepreneurship) in every village and town of Razlog Municipality (7 villages and 1 town). Using the non-formal methods of education they will reach to marginalized young people to enrich their interest to educational process, to see the importance of education and to help for developing of feeling for initiative of participants in the workshops. We think that the communication itself with the volunteers will motivate the youngsters and to change their worldview and thinking and will show them the benefits from education. The volunteers will be satisfied because of that they will help for changing in positive way the live of the kids, pupils and youngster with which they will work.
