Creative Thinking + Effective Communication=Enterpreneurial Youth Leader

The training course "Creative thinking + effective communication=Enterpreneurial Youth Leader " will take place in Pakostane, in Croatia from 12th till 18th of September 2014. The project is for 25 youth workers from 7 countries: Bulgaria, Poland, Albania, Serbia, Rumunia, Macedonia, Croatia.
Main theme is: Creative thinking and effective communication as the powerfool tools to work with young people on enterpreneurial spirit and active attitude.
Objectives are:
- To analyse relationship between creative thinking, effective communication, participation and enterpreneurial attitude of young people
- to develop new skills and competences of youth workers on creative thinking , effective communication and social enterpreneurship , so they can be multipliers in their daily work with young people
- To share good practices from the daily work of youth workers, youth leaders and volunteers on enterpreneurship and active participation of young people and youth groups
- To promote non-formal learning and cooperation in the field of youth with Partner Countries
-To create a space for the development of possible new partnerships and projects related to Enterpreneurship under the Erasmus + Programme.
During 7 working days participants will be trained on use of enterpreneurial approach in their daily work with young people, in order to improve their competences and skills as youth workers. They will reflect on interrelations between enterpreneurship, participation, communication and creative thinking. The methods applied during the training will be based on non formal approach: debates, simulation games, role play, small group work, working in pairs, finding parallel between theory and practice, presentations, associations. All activities and working methods will be learner- centred, according to participants needs. As the main results of the project participants become creative multipliers of new acquired skills and become promoters of entrepreneurial attitude in their local communities. The project has at direct multiplying effect. The participants are youth workers which will experience new working methods with creativity,communication and enterpreneurship and will then provide it to the members in their organisations. The youth workers in this training course will interact with a large number of young people and youth workers in their home NGO. After coming back home organisations and participants will transfer the know – how to their fellows, generating the know – what. In this process of “spreading the word”, the main target group for the beneficiary organisations will be their home community.
