Creative Holism to Improve Management and Entrepreneurial Role models and Approaches
Date du début: 1 oct. 2012,

The CHIMERA project intends to support improvements in quality and innovation in vocational education by fostering the integration of learning with working life, promoting more learning conductive environments at the workplace, work-placed training and apprenticeship pathways. This general aim will be achieved through the development of creative skills among entrepreneurs and managers to improve new innovation-driven role models and management approaches. At present, in fact, enterprises – and in particular SMEs - are experiencing a difficult time because of the economic situation: the acquisition of creative skills by entrepreneurs and managers can be a means for repositioning and/or overcoming the crisis for enterprises, as suggested by various European documents. For this reason, it is necessary to set up analytical and training tools, methodologies, approaches which promote and encourage the introduction of creative skills within corporate training plans. This will create in the enterprises a favourable environment to develop and innovate. Therefore, CHIMERA will produce as main outputs/results: an index for measuring the creativity of the enterprises of the reference areas of the project; a transnational report about the setting up and the testing of the Creativity Index of Enterprises; a new curriculum which develops competences and skills necessary for entrepreneurs and managers to identify, develop and enhance their creative skills and those of their employees, and the corresponding didactic plan; five experimental training courses for entrepreneurs and managers to allow the acquisition of the competences and skills previously defined; five CREAlabs, workshops of business theatre aimed at facilitating the expression, the expansion and the enhancement of creative thinking in business and at producing innovation, also through the exchange of creative and entrepreneurial skills among old and new generations of entrepreneurs, managers and enterprise workers.
