The general objective of the project is the conservation of natural values and their exploitation in a sustainable manner. The specific objectives are linked to increasing the populations environmental awareness in order to popularize renewable energy sources, providing nature- and environment protection services, forming an umbrella organization and improving the attractiveness of the area by creating representative and visitor-friendly places.In the frame of the project there were created two Eco-houses a series of informational programs, events, expositions and presentations organized within the Eco Houses in order to raise the awareness on environmental issues. The target groups reached are environmental non-governmental organizations from Szatmár-Bereg county and Satu Mare county, non-profit enterprises, tourists (about 600-1000 people per year), population of Andrid and the Ierului valley, environment, nature conservation authorities and institutions, having similar goals and carrying out similar activities, individuals, companies participating to the organized conferences, events and professional meetings.
