It's accepted by everyone that monitoring a training strategy that appeals to the senses and different types of intelligence is very important for the students to perform lasting and sustainable learning activity. Especially this situation is more important in language learning and educators need visiual and audial materials for teaching. With this project we aim to increase our teachers' ability to use multimedia tools and follow new ways and strategies of teaching. It helps to create more enjoyable and productive learning and teaching environment. This course and activities are followed for a year by our staff. As this course is available on Erasmus+ program in this application round and the providers of the course invite our teachers with a pre-registration letter makes us to be more willing to apply this project. Two of our ELT teachers will participate the project. Our participants are young,hardworking and willing to learn new strategies of teaching. The contact person of the project,Enver GÜNEŞ has been an ELT teacher for 9 years in public schools. He was the contact person of a Comenius School Partnership project before and accomplished it in 2012. Therefore he got a grant for Comenius in-service training activity in 2013- round 3. He will participate a course named "Play to Learn" in Madrid on 20-26 April 2014. The other participant,Hasan OKTAR has been an ELT teacher for 7 years in public schools. The main activity of the project is a course named "Creating Multimedia Activities for Language Teaching" which will be provided by The Amsterdam -Maastricht Summer University. This course provides technical knowledge and skills about applications relevant to the development of multimedia activities for foreign and second language learning. It's aimed to share the multimedia teaching tools with participants and course providers via internet,e-mail and moodle before,during and after the course. after course our participants do seminars and meetings with othe colleagues in our school to share their experiences. With the help of this course more efficient learning environment will be created and long-lasting learning will be provided which is very important for the students. The project which contribute to develop language teaching strategies in our school. Thus it will help vocational high school students to break barriers in front of English Language learning. Also they can follow developments on their fields and entegrate with Europe and other parts of the world.
