This project is an EVS action address to 3 volunteers aged between 20 and 25 in two different timinig who will do their service in Pesaro, Italy.Firstly one Spanish youngster will do a short-term EVS for 2 months (from august to 28 september 2016). Then 2 volunteers coming from Hungary and Lithuania will experience the project for a longer time (from october to end of march 2017). This timing allow us to practice the new strategy of reinforce mentorship provided by a professional social worker as extra-pedagogical support.The role of the EVS will be to support the youth worker but it will not substitute any person involved on the work of the organization: they will work as social animation and they could also give own personal contribution as part of the team. Methodology of work will be workshop and presentation using non formal education and peer to peer approach using interactive methods and experiential learning.The volunteers will give own contribution in particular in planning, implementing and evaluating logistic activities connected to the realization of public events and visibility and dissemination activities connected with event (use of media, taking picture, interviews, etc.) interacting with the public / local community.Also, a strong accent is being put on stimulating the EVS volunteers' own initiatives. By a gradual knowledge process, we wish that volunteer could get awareness of own ability and interests.At local level the involvement of European volunteer will influence the local youth policy in a direction of increasing the awareness of the intercultural diversity stimulating critical thinking and preventing radicalism and extremism.For that reason we would like to involve youngster as volunteer to support our worker in the cooperation with local partners and support educational activities address to the locals. Moreover, this experience will represent for the volunteer an opportunity to work and live abroad, improving foreign languages and soft skills which could develop the youngster at personal level and enrich the professional profile of the volunteer. Moreover, they will attend an italian training course who will support in their integration process in the community.
