The project "Create your Future" is implemented by the need to continue the development of competence and to increase the skills of young people in the labor market. Professional preparation of the established content and implementation of international methods of non-formal education is an attempt to engage young people (this also with fewer opportunities) in social activity and promotes the ideas of intercultural education.The project involves the participation of 4 volunteers - from Georgia, Germany and Spain recruited in accordance with the guidelines spiked by host organizations and sending. The activities will be held mainly in Lublin in the period 10.17.2016 - 10.13.2017.During the project, volunteers will use and learn various methods of non-formal education, as well as integration in the group, activities of theatrical improvisation and social activity.The expected benefits of participation in the project relate primarily to the development of specific skills and enhance competencies that will translate into an increase in employment opportunities in the countries of volunteers or abroad.Volunteers will gain concrete experience profiled according to their needs and interests of the spectrum. This will affect the quality of the results and the ability to exploit the experience in their future careers.Implementation of the project will strengthen the partnership also included among the organization and will be an opportunity in the future for further cooperation.
