The objective of the project is to improve the daily lives of the citizens in the French-Belgian cross-border area by improving the accessibility to healthcare. The project encourages French-Belgian cooperationactions in the field of healthcare.Patients in the border area can be treated on the other side of the border, benefit from services and cutting-edge technology, all paid for by the social security systems in their own country. To share the availablemeans, the French and Belgian institutions, within the limits of the French-Belgian framework agreement on healthcare, have signed partnership conventions today to the benefit of the border population.
