The sports club Chañe proposes an exchange of European cultures called CORPORESANO between countries, Spain, Holland, Greece, Estonia, Slovakia and Italy with 56 young people aged 18 to 30 years (including leaders) to develop in the autonomous community of Castile Leon, specifically in the provinces of Valladolid and Salamanca, depending on the option chosen in the best set of partners participating in the project. The exchange will have the resources the following activities: Group Dynamics, talks, lectures, Simulation Games / Workshops, cultural games and icebreakers, roundtables, exhibitions, Dynamics, Meetings, cultural tours, cultural nights in each country, entertainment activities and other proposals for future networking on the issue of youth unemployment and new technologies. Will take place between 19 and 28 August 2014 in a hostel in the province of Valladolid and Salamanca and between the methodology used for activities, we will have: teamwork, active participation and exchange of ideas, the removal of barriers communication, involvement and commitment to cultural diversity, intercultural coexistence, among others. The education no formal will be made clear in the educational purposes and personal development, linking the issue of youth unemployment. The impact of the project to be obtained by creating an informal set of guidelines, set out in a booklet that should be followed by young people to prevent and creating an educational package made manifest commitment and cd of SPORT MANAGEMENT TOOL developed by participants will be distributed to organizations working in sports and non-formal youth education For 10 days, 56 young people from these countries will share their culture and work in different ways to fight unemployment from a professional sports view or a second shed voluntarily learning to draw advantage of our qualities and skills acquired through sports training, conducting sport as a healthy habit and channeling employability CORPORESANO proposed that as youth we spread the changes that we are able to achieve. This project also includes the theme of the environment, highlighting the need to achieve sustainable development in each of our lives, our partnerships and our nearby public environment. In exchange, through flyers, app link, power points and photo collection cd do all this stuff, we will promote having useful tools close at hand to meet the practice of sport not only as very healthy and beneficial to the practitioner, but also as a means to complement real, positive and enriching employability against the crisis of ideas, economic and current initiatives. We believe that this proposal will impact positively on young people who participate in it, also believe in the possibility to create a social conscience and that they, we, the broadcasters will be agents in our environment and where we visit with the Exchange. Participants as samll us from sharing the same stage of doing this project, we will be more knowledgeable, responsive and accountable to the sport as a healthy habit and they will also be able to agents able to create projects that can transmit a culture of change and working together, starting with the local to go up steps and complementing general European and global objectives. Therefore, the young people involved, 6 associations and our environment, will be the principal agents of transfer of learning-worked in the exchange. In order to disseminate the results of the exchange, partnerships will contact us, especially sports local authorities and representatives of our local municipalities in order to be both effective and disseminate youth participation and the ERASMUS program + in our towns. The 6 entities, we firmly believe that this exchange, in addition to new, very constructive, and we will consolidate as given in our environment, and know they will exchange different information brought by other young people as we propose to do things and encourage with our entrepreneurial ideas to create structures and projects that attempt to generate EMPLOYMENT through the practice of sports management institutions to boost trasformadoras change, and why not say, source of income.
