In accordance with the above and in order to ensure successful project implementation and achievement of deliverables,an integrated strategy combinung implementation of investment measures and non-investment ("soft") measures will be implemented.It is closely related and corresponds to the project objectives, planned investment activities and is necessary for project result implementation. Investment activities aimed at improving cultural infrastructure - construction of amphitheater in Bobov Dol and the reconstruction and modernization of the amphitheater in Palilula. Non-investment measures add value to the investment components of the project and contribute to achieve the cross-border impact through joint initiatives and events - cultural festival for the presentation of folkloric heritage of both communities and the development of common Guide with cultural and touristic landmarks in two municipalities. The successful project implementation will be ensured though following mechanisms: • Regular meetings and workshops of authrities and appointed staff responsible for managing and implementing the project; • Coordination and constant communication between authorities and those responsible for managing and implementing the activities. incl. through external contracts; • Monitoring the implementation of activities and deadlines, incl. conducting site controls; • Preparation of all necessary technical and financial reports to the Project Management Authority; • Monitoring of project implementation; • Promotion of project results, observing the rules of publicity; • Involving various stakeholders in the course of project implementation. Achievements: The goal of the project was to promote the development of cultural tourism in cross-border region through improvement and modernisation of infrastructure related to cultural and historical heritage of Bobov dol and Palilula and to increase cultural exchange between the two municipalities. The following results were achieved during the project implementation:- Amphitheatre in Bobov dol was constructed;- A joint folklore festival was organized to celebrate the closing of the event;- The amphitheatre in Bubanj park, in Palilula, was reconstructed;- Sustainable region-specific tourist products in both municipalities though the Guide with cultural and tourism landmarks were proposed;- Increased administrative capacity of the two municipalities to implement IPA funded projects;
