Our project took place in Bursa between 1 and 8 of May 2015 by Volunteer Movement who host 3 different organization from Polond, Armania and Ukraine. The group was total more than 25 people from 4 countries (one group leader 4 participants from each & Host team and volunteers) Our project was inspired by Görükle Youth Center which is one of the results of our field studies. Our youth center is the first and now the only one which is started by civic initiative in our local. The reason why we conduct this project is to come together with other organizations which share similar experiences and problems in order to have a better flow of our NGOs and Youth Centers. This was not a project just focuses on the capacity development of the organizations' staff so it includes both professionals, youth leaders, and volunteers and participants form different organizations. This helped us to have a wider point of view to the same topics. Some of the activities took place inside while the others were held outside in order to have a direct contact with local youth centers and local people which enables a better multicultural anad intercultural leraning environment. During study visits, we were in these places: Nilüfer City Council, Nilüfer NGO Campus, Yunus Emre and Osmangazi Youth Centers, Alacahırka Youth Center. The topics we discussed during the actitivities shortly were; how and why the Youth Centers starts, what are the needs of a young person and how a youth center helps him/her to meet these needs? What are the possible ways of inclusion of volunteers and how we can manage theme better? What are the best practices of promoting our organization and activities? Lastly, to have a sustainable partnership and relationship among the partner countries for better results in future.
