TERMINÉ
The main goal of the Project is to intensify cooperation between public institutions of the cities of Rivne and Lublin to facilitate social and economic development of the region. The specific objectives include introduction of human resources development system both for civil servants in Rivne and for the municipal officers in Lublin to increase quality of administrative services for local communities. Special focus will be put on the training seminars for the middle management of Rivne City Council held by experts from Lublin and on language courses for the employees of both partners.The project also aims to establish direct cooperation and ensure permanent contacts between representatives of communal institutions and other institutions of the two cities in the areas of culture/ education, youth/ sports, investment / entrepreneurship, health care/ social protection and infrastructure/ utilities.
