The purpose of the project "The school for everybody" is to promote the educational success for our students living in a disadvantaged socio cultural and economic context. The aim is to reinforce their, rather low, basic skills, through the use of a more inclusive educational method that is able to increase the motivation and involve them in their learning process. To do this we need to train the teachers for meeting the educational needs of the students that live in disadvantaged families and are not adequately stimulated to learn. For this reason we are planning 16 mobilities teacher training and three types of courses:-special needs and inclusive learning-Clil methodology-use of creative technologies Two members of our staff will be involved in job shadowing experiences in order to observe the reality of other European Schools and sharing moments with the teachers and coordinators about methodology and organizationThe Teachers participating are:- 4 primary school teachers who have done a Ministerial course (300 hours) on learning and teaching English level A2-B1 with the knowledge of the CLIL methodology - 7 teachers of nursery-primary- junior high school who are interested in new strategies and teaching methods to motivate and improve their students learning- 5 teachers who want to increase ICT skills and develop new teaching strategies based on tech tools- 1 teacher who is interested in having a job shadowing experience to exchange and observe other schools and to improve the quality of teaching- 1 headteacher who wants to attend a course about the role and the responsibilities of school management, the curriculum, the improvement and evaluation of the school and interact with teachers and managers of other European schools.
