Project title : European cooperation for improving professional skills of computer-aided planning 2D/3D CAD, was developed from the need to improve the professional training of students in IVT , in some skills related to computer-aided design . Therefore, to increase employability on local/ European labour market for graduates from technical profile who have to have real professional skills to be effectively harnessed in their professional activity. The applicant organization in this project is Suceava School Association for Education and Development ( ASEED ) and it is mandated to provide administrative and financial management , as coordinator of the host organizations where the participants will be selected from. The host organization is "alfatraining" Bildungszentrum eK, Germany, which offers a quality training program to European standards in accordance with project objectives. The project is planned for two years and it aims at a target group of 30 students. We propose two streams, each with 15 students / year / stream to attend an external training mobility. The project addresses high school students in the 11th class, from five technical VET colleges in Suceava and Fălticeni, who attend technical profile classes specialized on Electronics - automation domain, with professional qualifications as technician in computers and technician in automation; on mechanical domain, with mechanical qualifications as mechatronist technician , CAD designer technician , mechanical technician for maintenance and repairs; and on electromechanics domain, qualifications as: electromechanical technician. The project aims to fulfill the following specific objectives : 1. to better technical skills to use 2D CAD applications to create, edit, model drafts / objects / plans using CAD / Inventor specific programs; 2. to improve technical skills for visualization and interpretation of 3D presentations ; 3. to enhance the competences to use of software tools for the planning , development and presentation of a technical project ; 4. to improving language and social inclusion skills. The main project activities are divided into: specific preparation activities for the training mobility, specific activities for carrying out the training mobility, specific activities on evaluation , dissemination and valorization of the results obtained in the project. The activities showing practical applicability proposed in the training program are planned in accordance with the objectives and will run for a period of two weeks (60 hours, 6 hours/day ) in which participants will : - learn by doing; CAD system uses 2D CAD and Inventor programs on topics specific to the qualification domain – 30 hours; - model and interpret 3D technical documentation – 10 hours; - realize and present various technical projects (electronic / mechanical / electromechanical equipment parts, electrical installation) , following the steps of creating a 2D computerized project - communicate in English The final evaluation consists in assessing the results obtained by the participants, results that relate to improving the skills established in compliance with the project. The practical test for evaluation consists in assessing the quality of the practical product / technical project done by the participants and appreciating the presentation (PPT, Prezi ). The participants will achieve a Europass Mobility Certification for the competencies and skills improved. In the short run, for the participants, the results of participation in the training program will be reflected in increasing school performance by: value added in professional and personal skills, increase of motivation and interest to participate in other training programs . In the medium and long run, the results of the project will be reflected in the results of the professional activity of the future graduates who will have much greater chance of employment on a job in the professional field training on a local / European market. At a local / European / international level, the result of such projects determines the increase of the level of employability and social inclusion for graduates from IVT. The impact on the sending organizations is reflected in increasing the quality of initial professional training and the growing interest in expanding European cooperation , local and European partnership . The impact of successful implementation of the project on the applicant association ASSED , will cause increasing confidence of the local community (local authorities, institutions, organizations , schools , companies , etc. ) for better collaboration and cooperation as educational and training partner. The benefits brought by this project are reflected in the development of the economic, social and educational partnership at a local / national / European level that increases long-term professional employment and social inclusion for graduates of IVT .
