The participants of our project ” Coolture to make you rock!” were young people from Romania and Poland. The project concerned cultural diversity. It was arranged in the training and leisure centre in Twardy Dół and Starogard Gdański from 10th of June to 9th of December 2015. The main objectives of our project were: reinforcement of the youth’s active and creative attitude towards the surrounding reality, improvement of the knowhow in the field of culture, development of the skills on understanding cultural differences between countries and improvement of the youth abilities of solving the problems. Within the frames of our project were arranged activities which let the participants better understand cultural diversity. Young people took part in activities on languages, cuisine and cooking, music and dance, theatre, tradition and stereotypes. In our project we used methods of education through play and experience, workshops, discussions, presentations and others. Important element of the project was an Advance Planning Visit in the end of August 2015. Results of the project for the participants were learning more about themselves, their skills and abilities in the culturally diversed World, improving skills on different areas of culture, like for example: languages, cuisine and cooking, music and dance, theatre.
