Continuing Engineering Education as Work Based Learning - CEE as WBL
Three way cooperation for life-long learning : A framework for work-based learning has been drawn up for which various tools have been created. This will facilitate continous on the job training for employees which is adaptable to the company strategy or the needs of the individual. This project started in 2003 and lasted 24 months.
