The general Project in which the EVS is framed, is inside one proposal for the inclusion of children and youngsters, in which are managed and realized proposals to promote and encourage aspects to improve the conditions of life of local community. This process takes place in the districts of Llefiá, La Salut and Sant Roc, in Badalona. These neighborhoods are characterized by social conflicts related to the groups that have come from immigrants and families with various problems, which have made the area vulnerable to various space phenomena. This proposal stems from the motivation of all Partners entities to promote EVS experience as an opportunity for youth and for the same entities, for growth, exchange of best practices, which have a reflection in the respective local communities. With this proposal we want to host two volunteers at La Rotllana, one from Finland and one from Italy, the selection will be made between youth with a motivation for the associations and the proposed activities: esplai for children, youth, sports, recreational and cultural. lunteers will join the team of La Rotllana, and methodology will always be of "learning by doing" to promote the personal development of the volunteers, especially through the dynamic with youth, in order that this experience may serve in their home country for their future professional practice and personal development.
