The overall objective of the project is to develop the human potential by improvement of social conditions and equalization of educational opportunities of Węgorzewski Poviat (Poland) and Ozersk region (Russia). Expected Results: 1. Construction of Sport-Recreational Complex in Special School-Educational Center in Węgorzewo including three sport facilities – fully equipped gym, football pitch and multifunctional pitch with overall floorage of 2247.31 m2.2. Organization of rehabilitation camps for 50 persons from Ozersk municipality and 10 caretakers from the center in Węgorzewo. One turn is planned for 14 days and include work with young people from the Center in the constructed sports and recreation park.3. Organization of sport recreation contest in form of two tours for 100 people (50 from Ozersk region and 50 from Poland). Each tour planned to be organized in different locations.4. Organization of training workshops for schoolteachers from Russia and Poland (40 participants from two project regions).
