Connections of northern civic organisations with adjacent areas

It is possible through the project to increase co-operation between the cultural, social,environmental, friendship, sports and youth organisations in Lapland with the Murmansk andArkhangelsk Oblasts. This will diversify the organisations’ operation and bring in new actors,which for its part will strengthen the foundation of the citizens’ society in Lapland and in theMurmansk and Arkhangelsk Oblasts.
