TERMINÉ
Project strengthens knowledge management of work at library and information services and activates co-operation in the higher education of this sector. The operation models for knowledge development and innovations are created and tested in the participating polytechnic and university libraries and, customer segmented and demand-based service concepts for libraries are developed. The aim is also to strengthen the regional impact of libraries.
