Confidence of Ageing Workers for Competitiveness and Success in Enterprises
The project transferred innovation, shared learning and practical experience to integrate the programme within the Educational training systems within each member state. The project was aimed to develop a transferable model to reduce business failure through lack of skills transfer at succession. The project also created a framework for retention of older workers in new roles to share experience.
