This study aims to investigate the feasibility of an implementation project, anchor the idea of the relevance and potential partners as well as the establishment of an implementation project. In the long term the aim is to contribute to increased competitiveness in the Arctic. The following dimensions / areas will be developed as part of the feasibility study: - Young people, how do you engage, inform and motivate them? - Students, how do you get them to educate themselves and take jobs in the region? - The labor force, how does one get it here, how do you match the already available? - Moved, how can you work to attract back those who moved south? - A common trans-regional labor - dream or utopia?
