Context : The project" Our abilities European abilities, developed through mobilities in UE" has its origin in the need analysis (expressed firstly by the employers, parents and our students ) to apply stages of practical training to make easier the students private, professional and social development and also the transition from school to work of the future graduates. The owners of these abilities will be capable to accomplish complex tags characterized through the collaboration with the others and through a certain grade of personal responsibility and autonomy. More, it will be possible the return through pluralism in the academic system. The project involves students from XI form, technological profile but also VET teachers having the professional training in the technical and economical field. The project wants to develop abilities in a n international context and to be recognized to obtain the qualification. Objectives: OG. Professional development through knowledge, abilities, significant attitudes for the market work in an international context and also their recognition to have a cohesive society. OS1. To strengthen the linguistic abilities and to enlarge the cultural horizon through the contact with the multicultural environment from Eu countries. 2. To develop the social abilities through getting communication abilities at the work place ( in the team , with the employers and customers) and to form a professional behavior after that European one. 3. To increase the professionals examination level in the education to answer to new challenges of the economy led by knowledge and the European initiatives regarding the professional training and education. Content and methodology: Students LTCC , will have a training stage in Germany and Portugal in the training center from ZAW Leipzig and accounting institutions from Lisbon with learning periods at the work place in the following situations: - mechatronist technician for 3 weeks in a mechatronics workshop ZAW - Technician in economical activities for 3 weeks in the accounting institutions from Lisbon -3 VET teachers for 7 days in the ZAW mechatronics workshop -3 VET teachers for 7 days in the accounting institutions EPM -AFPDM The training: - the practical training, the educational content of the the stage corresponds: M9 modulus for the students from technical profile ( activ A1 flow 2 and 3 ) and M7 modulus for the students from services profile ( activ A1 flow 1 and 4) included in the National Curriculum approved through annex no.2 at OMEdc no. 3172/30.01.2006, the placement period is that from the training plans through the Minister order for these training fields. - Cultural training like an integrant part for the activity, - The linguistic and pedagogical training is before the mobility to obtain a good communication in a foreign language in the host country, to know the cultural particularities of Germany and Portugal and to assure a good correspondence between expectations and offered opportunities, a programme for 45 hours at school except the courses programme. It is an innovative approach of the amalgamated practical training offering financial and technical support to some students for groups with difficulties for the training access on the market work to have an adequate practical training at European standards in centers and European institutions. Results , impact: - 60 students with abilities, knowledge and specialized technical abilities, improved, acquired in the European space, evaluated and validated in Portugal and Germany, transferred and recognized in Romania, with social , cultural and linguistic abilities ( Erasmus+ priority) which will make the transition from school to the work place , contributing to the regional index and to reduce the unemployment for the teenagers at the European and national level (ob.Stategia 2020) - 6 teachers will contribute to the quality education increase, education system efficiency and VET politics alignment to the local development strategies (LTCC development strategy, regional, national and European strategy to increase the abilities level to reduce the unemployment for the teenagers and the content for the superior studies) -2 Partners ECVET formed through MoU and LA which will assure a high quality of the international practical stages and increase the mobility volume( Erasmus+ national priority , national Call),to reach the objectives Erasmus + 650.000 of mobilities. The support is assured by the multiplication results , new projects , material support to organize and develop the practice which will assure the project continuity , commitment/ studies content, training quality offered to the teachers through developing their career.
