The project „TOP COMPETENT IN MEDIA” is a consequence of the general need to ensure the transition from school to active life by practice learning, for VET students from Printing Techniques profile, Media Production and Arhitecture - Digital text image processing.- The general objectivesGO 1. Increasing the level of competence of students in the fields of digital text image processing, career guidance opportunities for the graduates to a more active labor market insertion;GO 2. Increasing the role of the management team and the decision of the Teachers' Council in determining the educational offer, adapted to the economic, social, students aspirations for the labor market needs, improving skills of teachers / trainers for the use of digital text image processing, management of initial and continuing technical / vocational training programs in education.- In order to achieve the overall objectives of the project, the following operational specific objectives are proposed:ObS1. Increasing the level of training for 30 trainees from VET colleges consortium of Bucharest, by developing the knowledge, skills and competences in computerized image processing, participating in non-formal education through learning practice, providing digital text image processing through practical activities along the mobility in three streams lasting 14 days each, with three accompanying teachers to Spain, in Cordoba and Granada;- ObS2. Increasing the level of teaching competences and update of specialized knowledge, personal and social development for 6 VET colleges teachers of the consortium and 1 trainer of the foundation, through new pedagogical techniques of higher quality for students who are training in digital text image processing, facilitating their insertion into the labor market through activities in Spain, Cordoba and Granada, for a period of 14 days of mobility;ObS3. Qualitative growth of the role of non-formal education by promoting new ways of communication in the media, knowledge and skills acquired through developing transnational partnership Romanian - Spanish for facilitating the access of students and teachers / trainers in educational facilities active in education and training to information relevant to entrepreneurship, in a period of 14 days mobility in Spain, Cordoba and Granada.The target group / participants in mobility are:VET students in upper secondary education - Class XI - 3 partner schools who are preparing to obtain qualifications for digital text image processing, through printing techniques, media production and arhitecture - European mobility:- VET teachers / leaders of schools / 1 trainer of foundation staff.Project Activities: A1 -VET learners traineeships in companies abroad si A2 -Staff training abroad.Mobility in Spain - students - three streams of 14 days each in Spain, Cordoba and Granada;A2 -Staff training abroad - teacher / trainer - one stream of 14 days in Spain, Cordoba and Granada.The project objectives are achieved through the following activities: Project management, selection of participants, preparation of participants, preparation and execution of mobility;Project monitoring, Dissemination of project results, Project Evaluation, Development and realization of the final report.Results:-Realization of a European mobility project- four feeds with students and teachers / trainer mobility in Spain - 14 days for each flow;-Improving IT techniques capability to use in mass media;-Promoting mobility results: publishing printed materials, website, digital magazine guide;-Products of the project - publishing printed materials, website, digital magazine guide creation and sustained by participants in mobility using the experience gained through mobility in Spain to improve skills and competencies of students and teachers / trainers.- The long term impactConsequences: social, economic, environmental.It involves a change in the external behavior of participants at the mobility or certain circumstances. Participants in mobility become potentially active for the European labor market. Long term, this approach can help educational institutions VET deliver products and services in a more effective manner. It can help achieve service / focused more on the customer and his needs.
