In the proposed project will participate 36 total trainees IEK TOMH who make the initial training and three (3) accompanying persons in 3 rows. As countries of reception were selected Italy, Germany and Spain.
Participating per flow they were constituted by boys and girls, while all had knowledge of use of new technologies and knew basically at least English.
The project it aimed at as fundamentality provides participating with the essential knowledge, practical dexterities and behaviours well as the qualifications that are required, so that they are rendered capable they claim with claims a place and they become competitive in the European job market. Basic element of project was the specialisation participating, in the management of SME with use of modern applications, in their constitutive elements, in their critical fields of application, in the exploitation of network technologies and E-commerce, in their repercussions in the enterprises and the employment, as well as it helps participating to realise the value of for life education and to develop their linguistic dexterities.
The educational content were materialised in units, with criterion the knowledge and practical dexterities that are required in order to they correspond in the requirements of modern Job market and according to the analytic program that had been agreed. The program was materialised as for his theoretical part in the installations of institutions of reception, while the practical part was realised in relative with the object of training enterprises, that had been selected by the in situations of reception in collaboration with the institution of mission IEK ΤΟΜΗ.
With their attendance in the project participating were educated and knew with practical exercise, in the use and parameterization of various systems ERP, the ways of application of ERP and their particular technological platforms, the new available tools and the new methods, and came in contact with different labour environments knowing in this way, alternative structures of work. In the cultural program they participated all participating per flow. Were organised, tourist visits in museums and historical buildings, became visits in near cities. Everything (proposals and visits) were very good organised and were very good the results for participating.
For many years develop hundreds innovative technological applications aiming at the increase of output and the effectiveness of modern enterprises. Between all of these innovative systems it presents enough interest the space of ICT and ERP of systems which are called to use suitably educated individuals. Under these conditions the present project comes it covers modern objects that are not taught in the formal system of education and which are absolutely necessary, so that correspond the young persons with success in the requirements of modern job market. For this reason and the expected impact of our project in the acquisition of such dexterities is big.
