Compétences Européennes et Développement de l'Employabilité en Régions +
Date du début: 1 juin 2015, Date de fin: 31 mai 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Our CEDER project (Compétences Européennes et Développement de l’Employabilité en Régions) has been in operation for 13 years and it has been certified since 2009 (LLP-LDV-FR-2009-PMT-455). This year we would like to submit the14th edition of this project and we wish to continue the high standard work which we have tried to provide and to improve for more than one year. Since 2000 AFEC Europe has arranged more than 1500 internships in the framework of Leonardo da Vinci and Erasmus+ Programmes. These internships have been arranged in partnership with the AFEC branches all over France, the Pôle Emploi International Bordeaux, Paris and Orléans, the Pôles Emploi and the Missions Locales in Aquitaine and Ile-de-France. The CEDER+project addresses 3 main target audiences (according to the changes set in the framework of Erasmus+): - the EFP learners (Education and Professional Training) who come from the AFEC branches and who undergo a training in the fields of hospitality, restoration, tourism, sales and people care. It is an audience with problems in professional integration and who follows a training path leading to a qualification at our AFEC branches. We would like this audience to be more competitive thanks to the mobility projects. - people graduated for less than a year and who are facing problems entering the labour market and who would like to internationalise their profiles and their professional careers. - the AFEC staff, especially the trainers, who have to try out the mobility in order to be the intermediaries with the trainees who wish to take advantage of it.
