1.Development and advancement of applied methodology for assessing and matching the competences developed at universities and those required by the labour market. CUP will transfer the methodology from the COMPETENCE project including Alumni and Employee survey and database.. 2.Foundation of a Competence and Observation Centres (COC)- will include at least two professionals (IT and Didactics)- will be founded in the first year at UP and will continue existing after the project ends.- capacity building will be provided through trainings, workshops and study visits. - will develop and maintain the CUP platform and information system. - will act as multipliers by holding workshops and trainings. 3.Conduction of two pilot studies (comparition of qualifications acquired at university and those needed by the labour market) by applying the methodology developed in the first project phase.- will enable testing of the developed methodology and instruments;- will be conducted with support of the COC staff and of EU experts- the study results will serve as a concrete examples4.Development of a Competence Catalogue Based on previous project activities and on knowledge transfer from the COMPETENCE project a Competence Catalogue will be developed and published on the CUP web platform and (later) information terminals. Syllabi of the participating study programs will be analysed based on the CC and recommendations for curriculum adaptation made.5.Development of Information System- Design and selection of information terminals- Programming of the information interface- Selection of positions for the information system terminals- Installation, upkeep and testing of the information terminals.6.Dissemination of knowledge and experience 7.Assurance of sustainability of the project outcomes 8.Conduction of quality control and monitoring procedures9.Conduction of project management.
