The general objective of the project is the revitalization and sustainable economic development of environmentally sensitive areas (green investments, reduction of the rate of unemployment)The specific objective of the project is to elaborate a brand new monitoring system by using various scientific investigations (laboratory analysis, ecological and paleoecological investigations), the result of which could be projected and generalized to other similar situations of aquatic habits. The main activities of the project are: sampling, laboratory analysis, preparation of data maps, evaluation of results, dissemination.Direct target group: inhabitants of the study sites, inhabitants of further areas along the referred aquatic systems
