Date du début: 1 juin 2014, Date de fin: 31 mai 2016 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Our Erasmus + project started 3 years ago by cooperation with a school in Denmark in Aarhus. This school operates in the same field of action that we, health and social care and our cooperation is to allow third and last year students in A-vocational Secondary school levels (Home care & Rural services) to carry out an experiment as trainees abroad in Denmark as well as for some Danish interns to come for the same experiment in France. This year we have extended our partnership to additional countries, Italy. In fact, we spent 5 mobilities on 15 years of planned on this project. This sharp increase has need for other partners to offer more courses and places a greater diversity in the childcare sector less present in Denmark. In the project we planned filed 15 mobilities and it is finally 16 young people who were starting an internship in Europe to enjoy this unique and positive experience both professionally and personally. At the same time seven other young people of the same class are themselves parties in humanitarian internship in Madagascar. So, these are the final 23 students on a class of 28 who went to training abroad. A proportion of more than 82% of students could take this chance to discover another country, other professional techniques to open up to others. These internships aim therefore to meet the training needs of these young professionals but also their needs of versatility, mobility, autonomy, and openness... to match the training course and the labour market better as well as to increase the students’ chance to find employment. This stay will also give them the opportunity to practice their English and prove the significance of mastering a second language. The students will provide everyday care to the elderly persons they will be responsible for or take part in the school or extracurricular tasks of the children of the school where they will be appointed. Thus this project is part of several aspects : - first, the students – to allow them to live a rich and unique experience, gain a greater autonomy and professional versatility, make the learning of foreign languages meaningful, develop their psychological and cultural openness, enhance their mobility and lessen their fear of the unknown; - the professionals who welcome the interns, whether in Denmark or in Italy– to make it possible for them to exchange, compare and get inspired by good practices where they exist, share their experience and know-how, allow the users of these organizations to come in contact with young people coming from other European countries, develop their European image and arouse the desire of adults to leave and enjoy mobility - the school in France – to strengthen its openness to the world and stimulate its dynamism, develop its partnerships in Europe, help young people find internships abroad and arouse the desire of adults to leave and enjoy mobility - the school in Aarhus – to allow the trainees to benefit from an internship in France, open its partnerships abroad with another European country, France.
