Communiquer pour vivre l'Europe à l'école Ste Anne - St Joseph
Date du début: 1 juin 2015, Date de fin: 31 mai 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Our projet "Communicate to live Europe at Ste Anne - St Joseph school" relates to a large Breton elementary school in the outskirts of Rennes (535 pupils, 20 classes) from “maternelle primaire” age 3-11 years). The school offers a happy learning environment. Our dynamic teaching team, offers a desire to share, to exchange its knowledge and to develop communication to continue to evolve its teaching. We strive to give our pupils the desire to discover new cultures and enable them to communicate with others. Our school is well equipped in IT but we do not take full advantage of this technology to get in contact with other countries. This will enable all the pupils across the whole school to benefit from this opening into Europe. To accompany at best this momentum and give an international dimension to our school, we wish to develop this project and to show to our pupils whom the learning of a language serves to communicate before anything else. The objectives of the project are to: - Favor an improvement of the language and methodological skills (knowledge, capacities, attitudes) to teach English, communicate with European teachers, put a lot and introduce actions within the school. - Contribute to the distribution of the English language and the European culture at the school and propose an opening on different cultures to be better able to understand the world in which the pupils evolve and will be actors tomorrow. The school year will be punctuated with various highlights moments. - Develop exchanges and partnerships with European countries by forming in the e-twinning to set up correspondences with classes and introduce for our pupils a linguistic exchange in elementary. « Communicate to live Europe at Ste Anne - St Joseph school" will mark a new start for our school and will deliver our goal of educating future Europeans citizens. This better understanding of our neighbouring countries will be key to our integration with different European communities.
