IHECS - located in Brussels, capital of Europe - offers specialized training for one year as an Executive Master in Communication and European policy (CPE).This training "post-master" aims at an integrated and articulated knowledge of European policy and applied communication skills, and is bilingual: French and English. These cross skills meet the specific needs of the European labour market.The 40 hours module "Strategic Communication for European Affairs" integrated into the executive master in European Communication and Policy program includes two courses of 20 hours each:- Challenges and prospects of public communication of the European institutions (20h)- Strategic Communication and strategic tools for European Affairs (20h)This training module combines theoretical learning and communication strategic tools with a practical applications (analysis / audit of European communication campaigns, strategic preparation of an awareness campaign or European information, carrying out research on issues of European communication, organization of a European communication campaign) in a mutual enrichment approach. The combination of the academic and professional worlds and make it a true laboratory of reflection, action and innovation for the practice of European communication.At the end of the 40 hours training, the students will write and publish under the supervision of their coordinator, a young researcher in political communication, a working paper on practical communication case studies, either EU institutional or other European organizations. These analysis and proposals will be based on a literature study (academic literature) and field surveys including scientific methodology. .Students will also have to apply their technical knowledge by organizing a European campaign. It will be concluded with the organization of an event at the end of their academic year.
