'Come and Rediscover Our School' is a mobility project for school education staff (Erasmus+, KA1) . It consists in a partnership between Liceul Tehnologic Meserii si Servicii from Buzau and 2 course providers ,F+U Gemeinnützige Bildungseinrichtung für Fortbildung und Umschulung Sachsen GmbH,Chemnitz, Germania( shortly F+U Saxony) from Chemnitz, Germany and Esmovia from Valencia, Spain for a period of 1 year. Within this project, 20 teachers of our school will participate in 2 training courses in order to attain the aim of our project: Increasing the quality of education in Liceul Tehnologic Meserii si Servicii by diversifying the teaching-learning methods using ICT in class and modern methods of motivating students and improve the atmosphere in class.1. In the course ' Using modern teaching and learning in the classroom via Methods ICT tools' ( Chemnitz, Germany) 5-day course, there will be 10 teachers in each area of the school curriculum who will participate , during 06-10.02.2017 ;2. In the course ' Improving Student Motivation and Classroom Atmosphere in Schools ' (Valencia , Spain ) , lasting 5 days , there will be 10 teachers in each area of the school curriculum who will participate , during 10-14.04.2017 ;The language used during the 2 mobilities is the English language.The 20 teachers will participate in two structured courses that will lead to achieving their objectives :1) improving the teaching-learning methods through the use of ICT tools of 20 teachers in all curricular areas until the 30 September 20172) training of teachers in all curricular areas to motivate students and improve the atmosphere of the class using games and modern methods that lead to decreasing by 20 % the number of non-attendancel at 30% of pupils at the school until July 1, 20173) improving English speaking skills in a total of 20 teachers belonging to all curricular areas as a result of participating in the two structured courses until May 1, 2017During the 2 training courses the 20 participants will improve, according to the project objectives, the following skills: teaching and learning skills using the innovative methods that will foster communication and stimulate students' creativity, the English language communication skills, the ability to use computers and the general competences that are useful for a personalized approach of the students who are exposed to early school leaving. After having contacts with the 2 partner organizations of the 2 training courses we agreed on activity programmes for the 2 training mobilites. We consider that the chosen activities meet our school needs.Before developing the 2 training mobilities, the 20 participants will benefit of a training made up of 3 modules: general , liguistic, pedagogical and cultural training.At the end of the 2 training courses, the 20 participants will get an attendance certificate offered by the course provider and a Europass Mobility document.The mobility will offer to the participants both the possibility to improve their professional skills and competences and a good opportunity to get in touch with the German and Spanish culture and civilization. The chosen training course will be of great benefit to both the 20 participants and our teachers’ staff professional development as teachers confront on a daily basis with the need to implement new approaches to stimulate students' creativity and to enhance the motivation to learn. The training activity will show us how we can form in our students, the ability of creative thinking and working as a team.These activities will also offer us more sollutions in order that our students should get better learning results, overcome the boredom, get to know their talents and strengths and develop them.Our participation in the training activity will help us to learn innovative modules for education and training, new approaches and methodologies to apply in the pedagogical practice. We shall use a variety of tools in the learning process to engage students' attention and make the classes expected of them, willing to participate in the various stages of classroom level activity. We shall put our knowledge and processes of cooperation and exchange of ideas and best practices with European partners. In this sense, the results of the training activity will have a multiplied effect. The multicultural dialogue with project participants will be facilitated and it will help us realize the importance and understanding of cultures and European countries, thus developing a sense of belonging to the European values and active involvement in the community.
