Çocuk Gelişimi Alanı'nda Avrupa'da Staj Uygulamaları
Date du début: 1 sept. 2014, Date de fin: 31 août 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

This project targets 40 students from our school Çermik Vocational and Technical Female High School, and two partner schools Yenişehir Dicle and Muazzez Sümer Vocational Technical Female High Schools, and this project is based on Child Development branch of our institutions. Our school is located in an area where women employment is at very low rates and most of the occupations are based on agricultural activities. The reason beyond women not working at any other areas of occupations except agriculture is not only about the economical, but also social, cultural and political structure of the region. In this region, working women are not tolerated by the society, and because of this perception, their education are not an important thing for their families. With this project, we are aiming a developmental procedure for our female students, which can increase their employability by increasing their professional qualities in their education. In this project, our students will be receiving a training and applying their educational background on Mental Health of Children in Europe. Mental health of Children has a huge improtance in Child Development and children's characteristic and personal properties begin to form itself in 0-6 age era. In this period of growing up, children have the tendency to imitate their parents, and father's attitude towars mother shapes the child's future attitude towars women. Children observing the situation of women being ignored in many sense by the others, acts in a discriminatory way when they grow up. Besides this, in this period where their characteristic properties begin to shape themselves, abstract concepts being told and taught in very concrete structures effect their evelopment by making them having very strong beliefs and prejudices. Especially, a lot of discriminatory conflicts like religious and racial conflicts in our region are because of this kind of perspective on education, which forces children to learn concepts based on very concrete forms of knowledge. For a more questioning and logical model of childhood education and child development, teaching professionals need to learn and experience how to transfer knowledge in that mind-opening structure at first. In order to solve these problems sourced by those socio-cultural structure, mothers and teachers of our future, our students have to be educated very well by a modern, conscious and indulgent model of education. Our students, who have no chance of applying what they have learned and still learning here, will be able to add new knowledge to their memory and apply them on field by this project taking place in Europe. Additionally they will be able to compare implications between our and European models of education for Mental Health of Children. With ths project being performed, our students will have a chance to receive a 2 week education and applications routine, away from their families and their region's harsh socio-cultural conditions, and this whole procedure will help them develop as highly confident individuals, who are able to develop a new identity for themselves at the future and encouraged to develop themselves as professionals on their field, with a bonus of important foreign language experience. 1.Flow will realize between dates of 30.11.2014- 13.11.2014 , with the participation of Dicle Kız Meslek Lisesi and Muazzez Sümer Kız Meslek Lisesi to Portugal 2.Flow will realize between dates of 28.11.2014- 10.12.2014, with the participation of Dicle Kız Meslek Lisesi anda Muazzez Sümer Kız Meslek Lisesi to Lithuanian 20 students and 3 acc. person will attend to every flow.
