Date du début: 7 juil. 2014, Date de fin: 6 juil. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

By participating in mobility programs we came in contact and cooperation with other European institutions and exchanged ideas and information on the organization of innovative programs to improve school reality for both students and teachers. In particular, we have improved and continue to improve the psychological empowerment of teachers to avoid burnout (which particularly affects staff working for years in special education). Teachers who have participated in the program transferred the knowledge gained to other colleagues (dissemination of knowledge). They have implemented school-based staff training program. The staff in turn contributed to animate students to stimulate their interest in school to prevent early school leaving. In addition, the group of teachers who attended the program presents students' parents. This in turn contributed to the improvement of cooperation between teachers and parents. In terms of pupils, applied and continues to apply broader framework of options to tailor programs that address the particular needs of each student. In terms of students, implemented and continue to be implemented personalized programs that address the particular needs of each student. The program selected contributed and continues to contribute to the management of emotions to reduce the level of anxiety, aggression and antisocial behavior in order to improve self-esteem and self-concept of students. As regards the employees themselves, the experience was reinstated regaining sense of motivation, creativity and positive thinking. Furthermore, the public image of our school has improved both the local community and the wider educational community since the program was presented at a workshop teacher. Finally, the program has improved the lifelong learning of staff based on a new European dimension for greater cooperation with other educational systems in other European countries.
