Date du début: 4 mai 2015, Date de fin: 3 oct. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

Youth all over Europe face difficulties in finding a job and adapting to the changing world. Some of them also express a demotivation infront of obstacles they meet and a tendency to close on themselves. They are also less involved in citizen participation. In that frame, this training course meet the needs of efficiency and quality for the guidance of the youth they work with. The competences we talk about are: how to support youth potentiel development, how to motivate them to participate, how to help them to valorize their learning experiences. The main aim of the training is to develop guidance competences of youth workers using coaching methods. And this with the aim of supporting youth to face transition periods and increase their employability. Youth coaching fits perfectly to Youth With Fewer Opportunities. The 26 participants from 9 countries (FR, EE; ES; RO; IT; GR; SK; DE; HU) will be mainly youthowrkers working directly with youth: social youth worker, youth information officers, European mobility mentors, teachers. A small part of them (20/25%) will be trainers or youth project administrators. The methodology of this course comes from non formal education principles: instrospection, exchanges, experiment coaching situations, awareness of the learning gains, theory, adapt the techniques to one's reality. Activities: group exercices (games, simulations, etc.), participants lead workshops, visits, good practices presentations, intercultural evening, analysing learning and listing them on a mean, theoretical inputs, new project and methodology elaboration. The results and impact expected are for the youth organisations to be more ready to face the diversity of youth profiles, a better valorization of learnings thus increase employability, implementation of new projects (local and european) and new guidance methodologies; added to that a better responsiveness to youth needs, and a better attractivity of the services proposed.
