The CLIL project “The Creative Staff Guarantee the Quality of the School "is a set of concrete measures aimed at improving professional skills in the field of CLIL, and increasing the language skills of teachers and administrative staff of NTZ. In the period from 10/03/2016 to 02/10/2018 the group of ten employees will implement a series of activities to acquire new competencies. They will include: English course and TELC B1 exam , linguistic and methodological training in the field of CLIL in the UK, job shadowing - learning to work in the US-German JFK School in Berlin. It is also scheduled to participate in a scientific conference concerning integrated language learning, organized by the Freie Universität in Berlin. During the meeting there will be an opportunity to get familiar with the offer of teaching materials for CLIL education. In addition to extensive training program there will be free time to visit theatres, museums, etc.The partners in implementing the project under the signed letters of intent will be organizations: Training Vision LTD (mobility United Kingdom) and Berlink ETN GmbH (mobility Germany) having very rich experience in managing EU projects. Together at every stage of the project participants will be provided with cultural, logistical and practical support and assistance during mobility. We will ensure a high level of training and issue relevant certificates, diplomas (e.g. TELC, the Europass Mobility and others) confirming the gained knowledge and skills. Constant monitoring and evaluation activities, the modern way of management will allow us to react quickly to unforeseen events. The project will have a significant impact on the pro-European development of the NTZ. Our staff will greatly increase the skills in English, gain current knowledge concerning CLIL, get to know the methods and tools used by the European leading bilingual education teachers, and will work with bilingual German school. All good practices learned abroad will be transferred and used in the daily operations of our establishment. This will surely have an influence on the increase in the quality of work with students and cooperation with the local environment. We believe that through the implementation of the project we will be able to open a CLIL educating branch in NTZ. This will enable the youth of the Świętokrzyskie region to study bilingualism as well.
