With the realization of school project ' ' Clasroom of tomorrow ' ' in primary school Tenja, school management is enhanced, in sense of coordinating project, competencces of the teachers especially those who participated in the project, are better and improved, the school achieved better internationalization, and made steps in terms of creating new international projects and future participation in new Eramsus + KA1 and KA2 activities .
In the previous lifelong learning programme - Comenius and eTwinning few employers of primary school Tenja participated in mobilities, and with that experiance we wanted to participate also in the Erasmus + project, we wanted to include more employees and to enhance the internationalization of the school, to streghnted competence of employees and the school as whole and to gain more experience in the implementation of the project and project activities.
Through the impelemntation of project ''Classroom of Tomorrow '', we included more employees in the project activities and workshops in the school than in the previous period.
By participating in Comenius and eTwinning we saw benefits for employees, and thus for the school and educational process, and on the basis of these experiences we wanted to participate in the Erasmus + , and strengthen the capacity to implement projects and competence of the project team in the primary school Tenja.
By participating in the Erasmus + project activities employess had multiple benefits.
Participants of the project gain new competences which they implemented in their work, in practice, formal and non-formal education process.
Participants gain new skills and knowledge, they created new contacts, their own network of colleagues teachers from different countries in Europe, and they are more motivated to participate in new projects.
Seven (7 ) employees of the primary school Tenja participated in the project, school secretary (1),), English teachers (2 ) teacher of Croatian language (1), art teacher (1), music teacher (1 ) mathematics teacher.
With this project school capacity is strengthened concerning coordinating and implementing the project, creating new ideas and new projects, enhanced language skills of all the participants, and especially teachers of English language, everyone gain new knowledge and skills, and with all of that school curricula is enriched and also education process is empowered.
Each participant also had a personal benefit from participation in project and project activities, they strengthened their organisational skills, they participated in organization of their mobilities, traveling accommodation and contact with the organiser of the seminars by themselves, which is very important especially for the ones who didn’t travel alone before, this was experience also to improve their self-confidence and make them more motivated for future projects, also they improved their language skills.
Team work is enhanced by implementation and coordination of project activities.
Competences, knowledge and skills which are gained during project activities participants shared and apply in their practice and work both with colleagues and students.
We would like to expand this kind of activities and to include more employees in school.
Participants become aware of the importance of continuous lifelong learning and improvement, especially importance to communicate and share experience with the coolegues from other countries and learnt differences and similarities in educational systems.
They connected with collegues and by sharing practice they found common fields of interest where they can act together, show initiative to start new projects, also by using eTwinning they communicate with collegues and making ideas for new corporations and possible participation in KA2 activities within programme Erasmus +.
Participation in trainings and seminars are contribute to professional improvement and self-confidence of the employees and better organizational skills of each participant.
Based on the experience which project team and each participant gained in this school project, participants will easier and better implement new activities and organize new projects in future years.
