" Vineyards Civilizations " is a trilateral youth exchange project between Romania, Bulgaria and Italy, implemented between 03.08.2015-03.10.2016, whose three mobilities will take place at Oryahovo / Bulgaria, Craiova / Romania and Arezzo / Italy, whose purpose is to stimulate intercultural interaction and cooperation development between urban and rural youth in Oltenia/ Romania, Vratsa/ Bulgaria and Arezzo/Italy and whose context is the creation of non-formal learning environment. The specific objectives are: Objective 1: Support of 24 young people from rural and urban members of the three partner organizations from Capreni, Oryahovo and Arezzo aged 15 to 20 years for acquiring skills to improve their employability on the european labor market, over a period of 14 months, Objective 2: Increase awareness and understanding of the role that civilizations from the nearby vineyards Oltenia, Vratsa and Tuscany have in culture Romanian, Bulgarian and Italian to 24 young people from rural and urban members of the three partner organizations from Capreni, Oryahovo and Arezzo, aged 15-20 years, over a period of 14 months Objective 3: Developing a sense of european identity and citizenship to 24 young people from rural and urban members of the three partner organizations from Capreni, Oryahovo and Arezzo, aged 15-20 years, over a period of 14 months. Will be provided following activities: 3 Youth Exchanges - Programme Countries. The working methods will be based on a participatory approach, young people will have an active role in the project. The working methods will be specific non-formal education: knowledge games and team-building, integration games, brainstorming, interactive presentations, role playing, simulation, demonstrations, debates, analyzes, summaries, dialogue, interviews, open questions, PhotoVoice, workshop and intercultural workshop, visual methods, evaluation games, socializing and team building. Results at the level of 24 young participants until the end of the project: -12 young people with fewer opportunities will be included in project activities, -24 youth members from the three partner organizations in Capreni, Oryahovo and Arezzo aged 15-20 years in rural areas and Urban will have more developed language skills will be ready to promote linguistic diversity of the EU, with theoretical and practical knowledge about viticulture and viniculture developed, entrepreneurial skills in viticulture and viniculture more developed, will acquire a high degree of intercultural interaction and cooperation, more aware of the benefits of intercultural learning, the knowledge developed about methods and tools for non-formal education in the context of Erasmus +, more informed about rights, freedoms and obligations of European citizenship, more informed about European and national legislation in the field of viticulture, more informed about the Erasmus +opportunities, more trained how to value the traditions and habits of of Oltenia, Vratsa and Tuscany areas related viticulture and viniculture, with practical, communication and integration developed skills,with tolerant attitudes, mutual respect and civic responsibility improved. Impact at the three partner organizations in the long term: Increased capacity to design, implement, monitor and evaluate a project of international cooperation with three partners, developed managerial capacity trilateral cooperation on a project and volunteer management, increase the knowledge level of the members organization about: methods and tools specific non-formal education in the context ERASMUS +, about viticulture and viniculture in Oltenia, Vratsa and Tuscany, about traditions related to it, about ways of integrating young people with fewer opportunities in the labor market,how to use his resources and the specific areas of origin in their benefits, increased responsibility of its members, financial capacity for European Union projects increased, increased capacity to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate projects for inclusion, increased information to its members about the opportunities offered by Erasmus +.
