We will organize a Project which is called “City is born to village” between 08 November 2014 to 15 November 2014 as Adıyaman Youth and solidarity group in Adıyaman, Turkey. The project duration will be 8 days. Our Project will organize in Youth Exchange Project and Turkey, Spain, Romania, Italy, Poland and Lithuania will be partner with the countries. Groups are planned as 5 participants and 1 group leader each country, from Turkey 7 participants and1 group leader will participate. The total number of project participants is 38. Project objectives and content; Our Project is written about to support people’s lifes who live in countryside and to contribute entrepreneur genaration’s improvement. In this context, in Project will train main object such as to resolve cultural differences, to support personal improvement, to improve communication and entrepreneurship properties, studying of English, social consciousness, to resolve bias, to introduce cultures, to be in on active and by this way people will work up themselves. Purpose of Project; to people be entrepreneur, to tell their(people) specialities, to be sense of their rights, to bring in social sensitivity to target group, to support that people who live in coutryside will go to youth activity center, to announce all the World importance of support which includes personal improvement and to support a process of adaptation to social life for these people who has no possibility for improving themselves. Project Activities, -To introduce about Turkey, southeastern region of Anatolia and region of Adıyaman, -To improve cultural dialogs between participants (with team game, group activities etc.) -Introducing of their countries by participants and slide Show, -Social integration of people at disadvantage, -To visit Sincik İnlice town, and with this village’s youngs point out youth activities (mission of visibility and dissemination will be in this section with press), -Cultural introduction activities in cultural meeting extent, -To be given some information by our specialist about employment creation, -Introducing of National Agency and EU activities, -The president of the academy of development projects visit the Suphi TURHAN, In association withthe educational process, -Visit to Adıyaman Youth Center and Municipality of Adıyaman. -Simulation and theatre Activities , -Trip to centrum of Adıyaman and to be introduced Adıyaman’s history and cultural structure,
