City Bound Europe 3.0 is a continuation of the work of 7 partners dealing with adventure-based learning methodology from around European Union. Through set of activities (seminar on European Youth Policy, Partnership Building Activity, Training Course, European Day of Adventure Based Learning and a set of many youth exchanges organized separately by our partner organizations) we are: * raising awareness of common European culture and cultural heritage of Europe among young generation of Europeans from 7 countries * building solidarity, understanding and cohesion among them by breaking up national divisions, language barriers and seeking for universal values * building skills and capacities of our youngsters (on social skills, conflict resolution, self-development), our youth leaders (on leadership skills and team management) and our organizations staffs (organziational capacities, finances, network management). * consolidating non-formal learning education on international level and raising its social, institutional and formal recognition. Thereby, we are raising the quality of non-formal learning activities, contributing to the professionalization of youth work all around Europe, developing the methodology of adventure-based learning, by building innovations, sharing ideas and sense of creativity in order to build big, international, influential and professional European NGO.
