ROUDEL is an association that works with many partner countries as an informal network whose members have been collaborating for several years. Our ambition is to enable the emergence of an intercultural Europe where young people are active citizen. This meeting aims to make a collective reflection on youth’s European citizenship, by and with young people ; and record positions, values ​​and actions for the future with all partners in program countries. Each delegation will be composed of one representative per partner country (institutional or professional) and two young people who will carry the word of their peers that they collected beforehand during preparation phases in each country. To go further than the theoretical reflection and goodwill speech about participatory democracy, we designed this meeting to enable co-construction of guidelines and projects. We will use several methods ( Open Space, Metaplan , Betzavta , etc. . ) enabling an active participation of youth in democracy. We expect the outcomes to be a common line for youth and European mobility for the partners, and a collective development of concrete projects to be implemented in the coming years.
