"Circus for Skills" is a project of an international youth exchange concerning the subject of circus arts and acting. It will be implemented jointly by the Sempre a Frente Foundation and the Polish Saturday School named after St. Queen Jadwiga in Tbilisi (Georgia).The main objective of the project is to improve the knowledge and skills of youth in the field of theater and circus arts by organizing a series of thematic workshops: workshops in creative thinking, improvisational theater, expression, self-presentation, juggling, magic tricks, slackline, drama workshops.During the exchange, participants will improve their ability to: work in a group, create and prepare the show in arts and skills of circus-acting, skills in juggling, tricks, walking the tightrope etc. The participants of the exchange will work out a scenario to present art and circus show, which will be presented to wider audience during Carnival in Lublin, which will contribute to the promotion of active and creative forms of spending free time for young people and active inclusion in the socio-cultural projects.18 people - 16 young people aged 14-16 years (8 people from each organization - 4W and 4M) and two youth leaders will take part in the exchange.Participants will gain knowledge in the field of: circus arts, improvisation theater, animation, leisure time, stage performances, culture and traditions of the partner countries. They will also increase their skills in: creative thinking, theatrical improvisation, juggling, tightrope walking, juggling tricks, creating a mini-performances, communication and teamwork, communication in English, public speaking and self-presentation, coping with stressful situations.Project activities will be implemented in Nasutów and Lublin, Poland.
