Initiator of the project "Through quality education to intelligent, sustainable and inclusive growth " is the Association "Alternative Popovo - 21 centuries" in the role of the sending organization. Partner in the project, in the role of host organization is "Sistema Turismo" in Rimini, Italy. The main project activity involves mobility within 2 weeks ( 10 working days) of 18 professionals in agriculture, working as trainers , teachers, adult educators and tutors in Popovo Municipality. Participants in the exchange will be selected among experts working in vocational schools and companies working in the field of agriculture, who held internships to students and adult learners. Previously specified with the partner Sistema Turismo work program includes professional visits to the following organizations: Istituto Statale di Istruzione Superiore G. Garibaldi Cesena, SERRI s.n.c., Fattoria Bosco Verde, Azienda agrobiologica Giuseppe Lotti, Tèra s.a.s. и FATTORIE FAGGIOLI. The main topics covered during professional visits are: -Getting acquainted with the studied specialties and subjects in Agriculture field, curriculum, material and technical base. - Exchange of good practices - new trends and methods of teaching. Continuity between schools and businesses. -New programs and criteria for students assessment. -Getting acquainted with the new tendencies in agricultural technique. Application in a real working environment. Growing organic food of plant and animal origin. Application of organic products in preparation of cosmetics. Technology of making cheese. Requirements of the companies for the new employees. Typical regional wine, production technology. Production of liqueurs from organic products. The main objective of the project is the acquisition of new knowledge and experience in programming, implementing training programs, standards for training and validation of knowledge, interactive methods and improved organization of their own work. Specific objectives : For users : gaining experience in new innovative teaching methodologies and implementation of training programs , training curricula , new assessment criteria and application of new developments in agricultural machinery in a real working environment. For the sending organization: improving the quality of project implementation, support training for professions in the fields of agriculture, strengthening the partnership with "Sistema Turismo". For the host organization: aware of developments in the standards of vocational education in Bulgaria, development of adapted program for future beneficiaries. Expected results: - Increased qualification of 18 professionals in agriculture, working as trainers , teachers, adult educators and tutors in Popovo municipality ; - 18 professionals in agriculture, working as trainers , teachers, adult educators and tutors municipality Popovo, mastered new innovative experience in teaching methodologies and implementation of training programs , training curricula , new evaluation criteria application of new techniques and technologies in agriculture in a real working environment ; - The experience gained by the project partners in the management and implementation of transnational partnership; - Transnational sharing of experience and good practice between the partners and project participants ; - By multiplying the results of this project in subsequent similar activities and projects in the long run , will achieve management policies in the field of vocational education and lifelong learning . With newly acquired professional knowledge users will be able to offer new opportunities to practice and acquire new knowledge in the professional field. This positive experience will be summarized by the applicant and will be offered to teachers in the region and implementing through the active support of partners and stakeholders and use of various tools - publications on sites and publications, seminars, brochures, interviews, media and others. This project will facilitate the process of adaptation and integration of vocational training in the region and offering new forms of lifelong learning. The project is necessary because the integration of vocational training workflow requires people who realize absorb European standards and methods of implementation of professional training. Particularly important is the utilization of active learning methods in the workplace and lifelong guidance available and working entities.
