Project Summary: WARM FRONTOur project is a project with the theme ENVIRONMENT AND CLIMATE CHANGEWe will organize a stay entirely in camping 6 to 17 July 2016 between Saint Malo and Cancale (35) by the sea with a group of 46 young Poles, Finns and French from 13 to 17 years.Young people will meet in France to carry out activities and workshops to highlight that:-The Climate change is a reality-The Human activities are partly responsible-The Climate change has many consequences (health, social, ecological, economic)-Each Can act on its own scaleBefore the stay young the 3 countries will:-Work On the resolutions of the COP 21 held in Paris late 2015Organize a public screening of the film Home by Yann Arthus Bertrand in their respective countries-Prepare Awareness panels on climate change, human activity, its consequences our daily actions at-The Group will visit the French catamaran ENERGIZER OBSERVER Saint Malo which will begin its journey in July 2016 St MALO-Create Tools, means to implement during our stay on our camping spot to create space environmentally friendly: A CLIMATE CAMP or how to conserve resources on our place of residence (water, electricity, waste)-The French group will prepare our caravan with European colors and customize the colors of our project-Fabriquer Bicycles and a mini wind turbine to recharge our smartphones during stayDuring their stay, youth groups, by sharing the tools created before arrival will:- Organize a living space, camping ground (CLIMATE CAMP) respectful of its environment: water consumption, electricity, waste reductionYoung people will have to act and we will measure concretely savings, waste productsThey will prepare:-The visit our camp space for the hundreds of holidaymakers living in the same site-a public viewing and outdoor movie on the HOME camping spot-the establishment of an information / sensitization space combining the work done before the coming in France, our caravan, our bikes, board games discovered during the stay (CLIMATE PARTY), resolutions of the COP 21, a computer area to calculate its carbon borrowsYouth will have a mission to create a real SWAT (weather section Action Team) and will be ambassadors to raise awareness and convince as many people to limit their carbon borrow through small everyday gestures on a highlight during our stayIn parallel youth can-pratiquer of environmentally friendly seaside activities like yachting-Visit and meet officials ENERGIZER OBSERVER catamaran that will leave Saint Malo when we get there-Visit a tidal power plant-Participate educational workshops at St Malo AquariumWe will value our visits to our area Information / awarenessIn parallel, we will work on:- The European dimension of the project (Visit to the house of Europe in Rennes, European game to Saint Malo)- The active involvement of young people (in the realization of workshops, in our daily exchanges, in the balance sheets and evaluation time, apprenticeships)- The intercultural dimension of the project (language games, role play "good appetite")- The visibility of the project (working with elected officials, choice of providers as ADEME, open to the public dissemination of video tools)
