Youth Exchange called "charisma maxima" will be held in Zagreb in January 2015. Youth exchange will bring together participants from different European countries: Serbia, Romania, Latvia, Albania, Czech Republic and Croatia. The exchange is intended for young people who want to develop leadership communication skills that will help them in achieving goals such as employment and/or self-employment, achievement of objectives, effectively influencing other people and empowering wishes to undertake entrepreneurial actions. The aim of the exchange will be to train and educate participants to adopt and develop the skills of effective communication through which will be able to achieve self-actualization process (to develop self-confidence, raise motivation, develop leadership skills, to lead and to be guided). Youth Exchange "charisma maxima" participants will provide a unique opportunity to learn and develop their ability to influence the communication to other people is actually an integral part of one of the most important factors for success in business, professional and personal development, social positioning and emotional and intimate relationships. The curriculum will be based on informal and innovative methods of education that is fresh and najnovijin based on scientific knowledge of the functioning of the mind and applied komunikacja, installation and implementation of objectives and management excellence through these segments. Youth Exchange will show participants how the human life plans often do not go what direction they should and that good planning is not an essential prerequisite for the successful achievement of the objectives, both through communication, which is divided into several levels (interpersonal, intrapersonal and communication via social media), achieved some success in the areas you want. Pursuant to these, the project will meet the following objectives: - To train participants how to overcome resistance in the communicative interaction - To train participants how to control and effectively keep each communication process - To train the participants of the rules setting quality objectives and quality management of time in order to achieve those objectives - To train participants how to overcome the "thieves of time" - To train participants how to manage stress - Increase the level of self-confidence, creativity and motivation of participants - To train participants how to manage change - To train participants how to make the right decision - Enable participants to develop leadership skills to successfully manage their organizations and lead an independent life
