After an analysis of our centre's needs, an internationalisation plan is made for our Professional Conservatoire of Music. These necessities are: the acquisition of new methodological tools of teaching and learning, including this way other countries resources in our education system. Furthermore, we could attach the most original aspects to our course syllabus fomenting new training models; the improvement of the students' linguistic competence, specifically musical concepts, that will favour professional and academic development, having as a consequence, new and better chances; the development of the musical practice in groups with other countries musicians as a tool of europeanization, socialization, and education, encouraging team work, integration, tolerance, equality, respect, no discrimination and place among the European Union members; the search of new opportunities, first, speaking of education, and afterwards professionally, to benefit the school success this way, and to reduce the school failure rate encouraging the future employability of our student body. Within all these needs and objectives to reach in our International Development Planning, we find a lot in common with the values of Article 2 of the European Union Treaty (Treaty of Lisbon). Our exchange project, Chamber Music in Motion (eMotion), has chosen Italy because of its musical tradition, as well as the linguistic importance Italian language has in music itself. We have selected the Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicale di Modena, located in the region Emilia-Romagna, North of Italy because it is one of the model centres of this region regarding musical pedagogy. In addition, one of the teachers has a fluent academic relationship with our conservatoire, has pointed out the suitability and appropriateness to carry out our project in such Italian centre. The project will start on the 1st of September, 2016, and it will last 12 months, including three stages: preparation, mobility and monitoring. EMotion has two flows: the first one, as a participatory job-shadowing of four of our teachers, in which they will be integrated for five days within the musical and educational life of our erasmus partner. And the second one, in which twelve students and three of our teachers (because of the minority of the kids) will spend fourteen days there. This mobility has for objective the musical practice of Italian Chamber Music with Italian musicians. The participants will be selected through the creation of a multidisciplinary Mobility Committee that will value the students' profiles, their previous experiences in internacionalization activities, their linguistic knowledge, the most suitable psychological flairs, musical and curriculum talent, always in an egalitarian and transparent way. The following preparatory activities will be made: an optional subject will be given in our centre, called "Basic Italian for European Mobility". This activity will facilitate the integration, and a better understanding in Italy; video conferences will be made fortnightly with our European partner, between the both centres chamber groups, to check their progress and to know better the two different techniques of studying the chosen pieces to work together. A blog has been created (www.chambermusicinmotion.wordpress.com) for all the involved people in the project, to reflect the experience in a graphic and visual way and it will be a platform to help the development of new mobility projects. The most important and impressive activities that will be made during the students' mobility will be the concerts that will take place. These concerts will be advertised in the local press, and all the local media will be given all the information. Some conferences will also be made among the participant members that will be used to spread our project, looking for the most quantity of indirect beneficiaries. During the monitoring stage we will assess the project and the spreading of it both, in our centre, and outside. These assessment activities will be the realization of interviews with the participants, workshops, colloquiums and concerts. A charity concert will take place, under the motto "Music of the Euromediterranean for Peace", in which all the musical pieces studied during the mobility, will be performed. We will also organize other concerts , promoting new projects. All the materials produced, for instance, concert programs, reviews and so on, will show the European Union logo and the cofinancing of eMotion.
