As an educational institution aims to provide the best possible level of training, developing employability of graduates in the European labor market and develop learning opportunities of students in European countries, and to these qualities to offer their pupils to offer, we must above all also support the enhancement of the professional quality of teachers and managers staff and improve the quality of their development. We present the project with the intention to expand, innovate and deliver the European context the quality of education at our school.Project, we plan to participate 9 school staff in training courses organized by partner organizations ADC College (PIC: 948862052) in London in the period from 03/10/2016 - 08/09/2017.A total of 9 participants (8 teachers +1 director) attends 4 activities (courses) aimed at professional development, October 2016 to September 2017:1) The Course MDSO - Managing and Developing self and others: 3.-7.10. 2016 2 Participants - Director and Chairman subject commissions for teaching foreign languages (English)2) LDT Course - Language Development for Teachers of English: 14.-18.11. 2016 2 teachers EN3) The Course CLIL- Content and Language Intergrated Learning: 19.-30.6. 2017 3 Participants/ 2 teachers Vocational subjects IT, RIS + 1 teach. EN4) The Course CMLD - Creative Methodology and Language Development: 4.- 08.09.2017 2 teachers ENThe main activities of the project (preparation for the project, selection of participants, project initiation, preparation and implementation of international mobility, processing final reports of participants, validation, dissemination and accounting of funds) are divided into 3 stages.1) Preparatory part: January 2016 - September 2017Preparation, organization, recruitment in the number 9 and 3 alternates at the moment is already determined by the school fair and transparent manner, built on a voluntary basis. The criterion for the position and expertise in key areas that we project aims to promote, language skills workforce that is limiting attained level B1 and higher, while willingness to disseminate the results and continue to work on the project outcomes. At the same time, we plan to preparatory intensive language course participants will be a part of intercultural training. Signing contractual documents with all participants in the project, with staff involved in the preparation and management of the project with a partner organization.2) Implementation of the project: 10/03/2016 - 08.09 2017Implementation of European activities, within which the workers participate in training courses.Activities are described above. In the course, participants submit an interim report by e-mail or Facebook. Participants will receive certificates of attendance and certificates within EM.3) Conclusion and evaluation of the project: from September 2017This phase will produce a report each participant and commitment of school management, cost accounting, validation and dissemination and sharing of project results - the dissemination of information among the students (and school), parents, faculty and the general public through the website of the school or project website, communication via communication channel social network Facebook, bulletin board in the school building, information on class meetings, through presentations and recruitment to primary schools, presentations to schools for pupils and fellow teachers.Our knowledge and practical skills of the workers evaluated and implants in our teaching system and management system executives schools in favor of the development of the quality of education and in favor of improving the quality of school management.Objectives of the project:1. Development of the European dimension in favor of the quality of education and school management8. Continues to deepen cooperation with foreign partners in school and eventually mutual reciprocity in the implementation of mobility projects under Erasmus +Project, we expect to meet organizational goals with impact on the development of professional qualities of teachers and managers in favor of the students at the school with the intention to enhance the development of the European dimension in education, which is an important part of the strategic development plan of the school.
