A European curriculum and trainers program will be developed, based on the methodology of a threefold approach (= combination of the dual system and training in art) for continuing training for teachers, trainers and other learning facilitators providing vocational training in the sectors of education and health and social work. A European continuous course will be set up for teachers and trainers based on that model. Training competences connected to dealing with emotions. Art is used as a tool for personal skills development. The participants will develop, design, test and assess a European training for trainers program and develop a new pedagogical method for workers in the field. The aim is to introduce, develop and explore new learning and teaching methods in order to meet new challenges in the renewed professional profiles in social and health sector. By focusing on learning processes, which are inherent in artistic exercises, personal and social skills development is supported and learning motivation maintained.
